Just caught up on all the informants. Really enjoyed it so far. I'm trying to motivate myself to get going on a web comic. I'd really like to get my "Follies" story going. Any advice on your approach, motivation, treatment, etc.? Looking forward to seeing more.
thanks, dom. I don't know if I'm qualified because I basically wrote myself into a corner with this one. I don't know if I will ever finish it. but, I did learn 3 lessons: 1. Make sure you learn Wordpress because Blogger sucks for webcomics. Or, hell, LiveJournal would work better. (which leads me to…) 2. Its not about the framework, it's about the comic. (which leads me to…) 3. make sure you have a nice buffer of episodes at the ready before you launch. hope this helps.
This is the story of a small corner of the world called Deerfield Extension. It will focus on the universal battle between old and new. Tradition and innovation. Classic and modern. Ray DePaola and Ned Butterworth. Also, Deerfield Extension is the street that connects Williams to Church St. A webcomic for the cantankerous bastard in all of us. Updated when I find the time. Goddamit.
